When I finished the series,
Natalie Portmanโs words came to my mind.
And I felt them deeply โ all the way to my bones.
No one truly understood Laura.
No one ever could.
Not even us.
Because there are no words to describe the pain she carried.
Many people think they understand what she went through ย how she died, how she fought
just by watching Twin Peaks.
But that illusion disappears after Fire Walk With Me.
After that, it feels like being shot.
And stillโฆ we canโt fully understand.
Maybe thatโs what makes it even more powerful the surrealism David Lynch used to show her inner world.
Something beyond logic, beyond language.
Something only felt.
And never truly known.
Maybe thatโs why I love Dale Cooper so much. In a world where almost everyone used Laura, Cooper was different. He didnโt want anything from her. He didnโt romanticize her or turn her into something else. He just wanted to understand her, to find out what happened, and even to save her. Their connection is special. They never met, but somehow they still feel close โ like best friends in another univer
