I Swear

i am astonished. this film blew me away. i experienced every emotion, sadness, joy, rage, genuine fear. it might be cliche to say but there are certain films out there that are just so special they give you hope that there are good people in the world like dotty and tommy who have the patience and understanding and want to help. i am sorry  to say the only reason i was aware of this film was because of the baftas incident. i’m so glad this film taught and educated me more than any bullshit hit piece or meandering internet troll could. people should be ashamed for ridiculing and bringing out their pitchforks so fast.  i am beyond proud of all the rightfully deserved awards won at the baftas and am sad that north america didn’t have a wide release of this. i will try to show this film to anyone who will watch it because it is that good.
