another phenomenal directorial debut. wow the acting the story the humor and the character of the film just seep through the screen.   i feel like a lot of other more mainstream queer films are more focused on being a queer romance and this film is the polar opposite. it is effortlessly and unapologetically itself and that’s what makes it so incredible.
