Cover threw me off so hard that I put off this movie for the past 2 years. What a mistake that was. I remember watching the random kids movie on Netflix about this guy who’s lying about having a girlfriend, pretending he met aliens, and lying about adopting the random kid from lab rats only to realize that it was his sister pranking him in the end. This was literally that. Why is this not considered one of the big Fincher classics? Cause to me, it’s already top 3. The final 10 minutes of this movie was just so cathartic in every way. Also this movie has a much better usage of white rabbit than the other movie I saw that has white rabbit usage (the matrix 4)
