chilling, genre defining performance from the lead. one of the most interestingly unknowable voids of a character that horror has seen in some time. movie somehow leaves you wanting more while also making you want to beg it to stop. i will be thinking about this one for a while!

the perfect combination of jennifer’s body, the craft, and heathers. everything i wanted it to be plus gore. diablo cody you do one hell of a final battle of the girls in a body of water!  ps. victoria pedretti i’m free on thursday and would like to hang out. please respond to this and then hang out with me on thursday night when i am free.

fun, sweet, illogical, and didn’t need to be 2 hours and 45 mins long. had a good time though!

this is proto longlegs but a liked it a little more. it was a bit more successful in follow through plot wise and it similarly has really gorgeous and bleak visuals. i once again do not feel like the characters of this movie were fleshed out enough. maybe osgood perkins should take a creative writing course because he still has this issue a decade later
