Sunshine

This film was LOUD.  There are still so many narratives we impose on women as if their dreams should end because of one incident that others think should define them. We need more stories like sunshine, it reminds us that people are quick to think just because of one simple misstep and how powerful it is when she chooses to dream, and choose her passion anyway.  It’s literally impossible to be a woman, and this film shows us the silent battles a woman faces which is both heartbreaking and eye-opening. Only a director like Antoinette and an actress like Maris could have brought this film together.
