Such a well rounded comedy with the right amount of absurdity, jokes, action, and emotion. They touch on some very real ideas of identity, sexuality within celebrities, and addiction in such light hearted but serious ways which is where this movie truly shines. It tells a fun story with real themes and makes you along with it. I also loved the ending scenes it was such a feel good moment and it really added a completeness to the movie.

How did such a stacked cast result in such a shit movie. The tried so hard to make it go full circle that due to the bad pacing the movie felt 40 minutes too long. Along with that in this case the narrator was used because they believed such a simple plot needed to be dumbed down and explained every detail, I swear so many scenes could have benefited from dialogue or silence. They are also so one toned in their message treating the morality in such black and white characters. Tom Holland had a disaster-class of a performance in my eyes, with a horrid accent boring character and an inability to portray any emotion even if his character was rather stoic. Robert Pattinson though a weaker performance did solid he had a funny accent with some interesting dialogue and played a great scumbag. However even though he was not in it for long I found Bill Skarsgards portion of the movie and character to be some of the best of this whole thing. But damn that voiceover killed any positive thing this movie had going for it which already wasn’t much. I also almost forgot the cinematography which at some points felt like an amateur shot it with no real interesting shots.

What can I say about this movie that hasn’t already been said, I found it to be absolutely brilliant. Everything about it clicked so well the way the characters interacted, the way the story unfolded, and the tension they built through that hot stuffy room. The fact that it’s primarily a one set movie adds to it even more. Along with how they made they characters so interesting in such a short period of time through the tidbits that give us there defining characteristics. Absolutely incredible
