The Penguin

Fucking bangs. This Batman universe is just making me crave even more day by day and this series proves that they can do so much with it in the future. Colin Farrell is simply superb here and Cristin Milioti gives one of the best performances of the year. Give them both Emmy’s now. I really didn’t expect this series to work as well as it does and I swear Batman needs to beat the shit out of Oz in The Batman 2. Speaking of that, my only criticism is I just find it absurd that Batman wouldn’t intervene in any of this. That’s doesn’t mean I necessarily wanted Batman to appear but the conflict seems too large for him to not at least be mentioned. Regardless this is one the best live-action comic book series ever and only makes me want more from this universe!!!
