Weirdest part about this movie is that the school mascot is a baby

This movie was genuinely freaking delightful. Going in, I knew I’d like it, because how could one not, but I didn’t expect that I’d enjoy it as much as I did. The animation was certainly the best part of the whole movie. It looked spectacular, and I loved every bit of it. All the character designs were fucking epic, especially Modo with all his piercings and painted claws. And the cast was kinda perfect, it was quite the silly group of people. The plot was pretty straightforward and simple, but it was rather entertaining nonetheless. But perhaps I’m easily entertained. I honestly loved GOAT, it was goofy and fun, what more could a guy ask for. This movie was genuinely freaking delightful. I was so very excited to watch this movie because I LOVE vampires and I love Caleb Landry Jones, but sadly, I didn’t enjoy it as much as I’d hoped to. I have no rhyme or reason for my dislike, maybe it was just the movie or MAYBE it is just this variant of vampire movie….In theory I love everything about these movies. The time frames, costumes, the willingness to die for their lover, etc. But then when I actually sit down and watch it, it’s never what I imagine it to be. So regardless of the fact that I didn’t really enjoy the movie as much as I wanted to, at least I’ve learned that I’m just not a fan of these sorts of movies. While this is very unfortunate news for myself, I can accept that I’m more of a Lost Boys or Queen of the Damned type of guy. I’m so sad I didn’t love Dracula, I had such high hopes.I was so very excited to watch this movie because I LOVE vampires and I love Caleb Landry Jones, but sadly, I didn’t enjoy it as much as I’d hoped to.
