Almost Famous

**This movie rocks. ** I think this is what I wanted Boogie Nights to be. I didn’t expect to like this as much as I did either. It carries that classic energy, I can truly understand why this is one of the most liked movies of all time. I couldn’t stop watching this coming of age story about a young writer traveling with a rock band. “The only true currency in this bankrupt world is what you share with someone else when you’re uncool” Lester is such a real one, he really looked out for William and I think his character is one of the reasons this movie is so good. Russell’s development is pretty monumental in the last minutes of the movie and I didn’t expect the turn around. Definitely one of my favorite endings to a movie ever. “Look under your bed, it’ll set you free”
