A film clearly driven by great performances, easily one of Tom Cruise’s best performance (he really was something in the 90s), Renee Zellweger is at her best, Regina King, everyone rocks.

I liked it, but also felt like Martin McDonagh doesn’t really commits at all with the story, nor the themes of it, not even with the comedy, everything it’s all over the place at times, which is noticeable when some plot lines don’t really give any context or deep to the characters.

Unironically one of the greatest romances ever written
