• upon rewatch I think this is my favorite movie of the year. I think about every performance in this movie daily. • going to need another watch to solidify my thoughts
easily the best movie I’ve seen this year. the emotions this brings out in me is powerful. ryan coogler, there was never a doubt in my mind.
oh my… WHAT A RUSH! I truly believe this is the best I’ve seen Timothee in a movie so far. Thank you Josh Safdie for this masterpiece.
• hits better on rewatch, all the performances here are great. • just couldn’t get on this films wavelength… great ending tho
park chan-wook with an absolute heater. only gets better in my head as I sit with it.
performances here are really special. art is such a beautiful way to process grief. that ending kind of broke me.
brought so many emotions out of me while also providing some of the most beautiful imagery I’ve ever seen.
such a unique experience this film is. the sound and landscapes are otherworldly. gets really bleak at times and definitely surprised me multiple times. I think I liked it overall lol.
• Worked even better for me on rewatch. Absolutely adore Josh O’Connor as Jud Duplenticy. The best looking Knives Out movie by a landslide. • I’m sad to say but I didn’t enjoy my time with this. Didn’t care for any of the characters EXCEPT for Josh O’Connor. That man was the only thing preventing me from falling asleep.
gah damn, the joke hit rate for me was insane. insanely funny. what a great time.
fucking incredible man. I’m satisfied if this is the last one.
loved the magnolia type storytelling. absolutely bonkers final 20 minutes. lowkey soured on me as time went on. might be a zach cregger problem for me.
eva victors tone management was seriously impressive. I loved how the ending came full circle. I can see myself liking this even more on rewatch.
channing tatum really shines in this role. I was thoroughly impressed by this stacked cast.
my goodness the visuals and sound in IMAX was a sight to behold for sure. as an f1 fan myself, this is pretty cookie cutter when it comes to story but I understand they were going for a wide audience appeal…
this score is so good. really fun redirect movie. Interesting characters. I had fun with this.
I was in until I wasn’t. depressingly, I feel less and less for Wes Anderson films now.
some good and some meh. I felt like this movie dragged which I don’t like to say about movies when I critique them but I really didn’t find myself enjoying victor’s storyline or mia goth’s character. on the other hand, jacob elordi salvaged this movie for me.
great rose byrne performance. I liked asap rocky in this as well lol. can’t say I enjoyed this experience but happy I gave it a watch.
some things I enjoyed, others not so much (valentina and mel). I’m mostly in the middle about it.
genuinely puzzled with some of the narrative directions this film takes. I got tired of the same recycled set pieces and story beats after a while…
had a blast with this. super entertaining. not sure if the ending fully landed for me but one thing is for sure… glen was awesome :)

After first watch, I was kinda thrown off by this. Curious to see how I feel after a rewatch.

incredible ethan hawke performance but couldn’t grasp onto anything else unfortunately.
it was cool. nothing crazy tbh. the fight scenes were really well done, didn’t really care for any of the characters though.
ugh, it pains me to say this but I really wanted to like this more. I just think marvel went with such a super safe story it felt like nothing new to me. same plot just different characters. I do think this new cast can work, but it just gets held back by the same old mcu formula…
loved the after hours vibes. captured nyc beautifully. really entertaining time. kinda soured on me as time went by… :/
really came out disappointed with this in the end. kind of a nothing burger film for me. really unfortunate due to the talent involved….

liked the first half more than the second half. something was just missing for me. the ultimate plane movie.

luca, my man. what are we doing here? only thing that held my attention was the acting from the main cast. thank goodness for that.
as forgettable as they come. that painful realization when your goat might be washed :(
I really only cared for Anthony Mackie and Harrison Ford, they were really the only thing holding my attention. That’s about it though.
