it’s giving let down by radiohead, “one day i am gonna grow wings” ⋆. 𐙚 ˚ i genuinely had higher hopes for this movie based of its average rating, and don’t get me wrong it was good but a bit boring at the same time. it lacked quite a few things in my opinion. although jonathan’s direction is intimate and intense. he frequently uses close up’s making viewers seem exposed and unsettled. this movie is a deep, disturbing look into human psychology. there’s definitely a lot of suspense throughout the movie i must say which did make it more interesting but a little prolonged in my opinion. i did find it weird ultimately what buffalo’s intentions were and dehumanising the victims, making skin out of the victims…this movie was definitely a head fuck to say the least. jodie did a very good acting job in this film. i definitely feel this film is overrated. everyone’s reviews for this movie is funny i’m dead

“its not astrology, its sympathy” ⋆. 𐙚 ˚ plot twist wtf. i was kicking and screaming when leave me alone was played, and the face cards holy hot. when the og characters came on screen i was silently screaming cause ugh how i missed them, everyone who did watch the og was looking me weirdly

gosh where do i start. every aspect of this movie was phenomenal. this movie is a perfect representation of showing the lengths people go to just to conform to society’s unrealistic expectations and to look a certain way. it also shows how quickly u can begin to get obssessed with making yourself looking better, even with overabusing something, in this case sue being greedy and using more days. demi and margret shine in dual lead roles, delivering raw, committed portrayals of two facets of the same woman in this film. the film’s cinematography and sound design bolster its unsettling tone, mixing eerie visuals, fascinating close-ups, and groaning body-horror which many found both fascinating and repulsive. the substance is daring, grisly, and unflinching, a brutal yet brilliant satire dressed in prolonged body-horror. it bristles with technical flair, powerhouse performances, and a fierce critique of misogyny. but the late-going may feel over-the-top or disjointed if you’re not fully onboard with its aesthetic. for those drawn to intense, grotesque allegories, it delivers a memorable punch, for viewers seeking more narrative coherence, the chaotic climax may disappoint, which is way i get this movie may not be for everyone. i definitely regret not watching this film sooner

guys when mason made that thing to ride toothlesss i was wondering what else he could ride. i genuinely had a panic attack when i saw mason on screen he’s so fine it hurts. anyways now a serious review, wow, just wow, this move was not what i was expecting. first off i didn’t except the movie to be this good for a live action, at the end i don’t know how to explain the feeling but it was a mix of contentment and a bittersweet feeling. toothless and hicups friendship was actually the cutest I was literally crying at the end wtf. secondly me and ramona’s husband look SO FUCKING FINE on the big screen, like give me a piece of that holy. thirdly, controversial, cancel me whatever, i actually hate astrid, even at the end, she was a straight up bitch, and only got around to hiccups idea when it worked in her favour. at the start she was just annoying and mean and i did not like her character one bit. no hate to the actor tho i love her, just not the character!!! overall the movie was so good the only thing i hated were the kids next to me screaming and talking the whole way which definitely wrecked my movie experience, like if you cannot maintain your kids very kindly don’t bring them. and oh my god this 5 year old, no joke, yelled out smash, number 1 ur like 5, number 2 he’s actually mine so close hun x
