Poor Things

yorgos deviates from his normal cinematography style with a handful of new lenses and techniques which was good, otherwise everything else was pretty consistent. the dialogue, delivery, the very envelope pushing in your face messages. really enjoyed all the color and the music. great movie. i totally understand why mark ruffalo thought he wasn’t right for this role, but he still absolutely killed it  every one she met taught her lessons, but all the men taught her negative ones even Jerrod Carmichaels character even though he was a good guy, and all the women taught her positive lessons and lastly maybe an unpopular opinion but i think ramy youssefs character was a fuckin idiot through and through (not a critique on the writing, his character was written very well and was consistent)
