I believe that the director relied on colorful and refreshing visuals so he can make life look fun, amusing and worth living but they both couldn't experience for an even longer time, it could also mean how they started seeing life after they met.. this film holds a deeply special place in my heart, i was holding back my tears the whole second half of the film, and I like it.
