Ran

“From a snake’s egg, a snake will be born.” I high key chose to watch this over seven samurai because of the run times and oh my it was worth it. It was cool to me how there was a similar symbol to planet of the apes but meaning two different things. I’m not even glazing this film has the best symbolism I have ever seen and all the colors are speaking just as much as the dialogue. Personally one of my new favorite films. This is just an absolutely amazing story on betrayal and uncertainty bringing a message that nothing is promised.
