Hamnet

God this was beautiful. This was my first time seeing Jessie Buckley in a movie and istg if she doesn’t get an Oscar, im rioting. One thing Paul Mescal kicks ass at is a crying scene, i always find myself trying not to tear up while watching him sob. And can we talk about Noah Jupe as Hamlet??? His performance during the death scene not only reignited my love for Hamlet (Andrew Scott’s performance reigns supreme), but also has me incredibly hyped for him as Romeo in Romeo and Juliet. I wish I could give this movie 6 stars.
