Blue Spring Ride
It really took me four days to finish this. Not because it was boring, but because I wanted to absorb it slowly. And I’m so glad I gave it a watch.
Blue Spring Ride is just too good — like, genuinely really, really good. One of the best slice-of-life romance anime I’ve ever seen. It perfectly blends romance, comedy, and emotion in a way that doesn't feel forced or cheesy. Even the little love triangle chaos didn’t ruin anything for me — in fact, it made the story feel more real.
Kou's grief hit me a little harder than I expected. Some parts felt too familiar. And maybe that’s why this show touched me more than others — it made sadness look human, not dramatic.
I was having a rough day, but the final episode left a small smile on my face. That’s the magic of stories like this: even when they don't fix anything, they help you carry it a bit lighter.
Blue Spring Ride doesn’t scream for attention. It just quietly sits next to you, and somehow… that’s enough.
