Moonlight

aside from amazing acting and cinematography, i loved the colors in this one; white, red, and especially blue present in so many parts of his life and the film. the red perhaps symbolizing repression and blue his sexual awakening?  (i adored the sound of waves mirroring his yearning to free and accept himself.) also even the poster conveys the division of chapters through this color coding: awakening, repression and acceptance as a side note, i personally think the ending is a positive one, as Little looks back at his older self, therefore accepting himself!!
