I feel greedy asking this to also be good, but does it have to be this bad? Another Emerald Fennell movie that just feels shallow and empty I can’t imagine that after Saltburn and with Margot and Elordi attached that Emerald needed the Wuthering Heights IP attached to get this made, so why not just make an original?

I wish the kung fu training set up more king fu fights, can’t fault it for sticking to the samurai roots, but would have loved to see the Kill Bill version of a kung fu movie the way 1 was a samurai movie I think I prefer 1, but mostly because of the 88 scene Found myself enjoying these movies quite a bit more after knowing the influences more. Maybe Tarantino’s most outright “homage” movies

The end to this is one of my favourite movie endings ever Halfway through realized I should have done the whole bloody affair. Will next time
