ৎ i absolutely loved this.i have no words for wong kar-wai, the way he uses colors to express the emotions… we can truly feel exactly what the characters are feeling. this film is about wanting to stay, wanting to hold on... but just not being able to anymore.it’s about the pain of wanting to stay with someone when staying only hurts. “he always says: ‘let’s start over.’but it never works.” ── it shows that in the end, we really do need to choose our own peace.friends like chang, little moments of clarity… that’s what never fades. “i promised Fai to leave his sadness here.” ꫂ❁ definitely taking this one with me for life.
