*“you don’t get it. they’re all wax. everyone”* OH. MY. GOD. this was a classic early 2000s horror film and i loved it. this is what i mean when i say i like horror movies. hot cast, crazy plot twists, a group of friends ending up somewhere scary, abandoned town, complicated dynamics between characters and chemistry, fire soundtrack, the camera montage that tells you this people are so gonna die. also, paris hilton getting killed in a lace set? fuck it, 5 stars. ps: now i understand the house of wax reference in that supernatural episode with paris hilton 😝

went to the movies to watch this again with a friend and didn’t shut up about all the details i noticed rewatching. fuck it, 5 stars
