Jared Diamond glazes himself for being super smart in the book and then makes himself look like a badass in the documentary. What a dude. Although his whole theory is pretty interesting it’s lowkey not that compelling especially when you look at more modern history. It’s more a one piece of the whole puzzle. I say that but I’m lowkey not a historian but idc.
