I SHED SO MANY TEARS INTERNALLY!!!!!! but okay as someone who grew up disdaining barbie for the femininity it holds (literally rewired myself in digression and made my fave color purple OUU she wanna be different), reclaiming it alongside symbols that are conjoined with it does feel uplifting..!!!!!!!!!!!!! it also made me give my mom the sweetest hug when she came home from her trip hehe
