Before Midnight
But if you want true love, then this is it. This is real life. It's not perfect, but it's real.
I feel like everybody has already said what needed to be said about this trilogy. Well heres my personal take on it: This used to be my least fav out of the three. I think it’s because I didn’t have the “maturity” level for it at the time? Well now, it’s my favourite or maybe the same love I have for Before Sunrise. Both Sunrise and Midnight are the opposite ends of the spectrum. What I love most about the trilogy is you can watch it as a whole or separately. I think it's also important to watch the trilogy (or ea one) more than once. You should watch them throughout diff times of your life. The trilogy does such an amazing job showcasing different stages of love and relationships. Communication is truly key!
Delphy and Hawke’s chemistry is unmatched. As if two decades never passed. It's not often you can have your eyes glued to the screen at all times listening to mainly two people talk in all across three movies.
I wish we had more romance movies/trilogies like these. The most well written romance movies ever. I wish to rewatch this trilogy for the first time. Always a good time rewatching these after a chill day before bed.
