Fallen Angels

I've gotten used to life without a partner. Ohhh to be riding on a motorcycle with young Takeshi Kaneshiro... Yea it's still the best. Second round and still the best. Def one of those films I wish to have a first time viewing experience again. I miss Hong Kong so much. I've always loved the night city life in Asia in general. The fact it's a trend now loving the vibes of 90s night life in Asia esp WKWs vision... anyways- Filmmaking at its finest. The use of colours, lighting, camera techniques... so dreamy and WKWs vision is truly distinctive. WKW films really do make you appreciate the art and storytelling in cinema. This film makes you FEEL esp capturing the feeling of loneliness. You really cannot go wrong with his films. I love this film so much. The moment it ended, I loudly said how I want to watch it again. But you know, WKW films are meant to be appreciated. Not to be "excessively watched" or "stream because you're bored." Michelle Reis and Takeshi Kaneshiro🔥🔥🔥underappreciated cinematic pairing
