Poor Things
One of my most anticipated and being one of my favourites of the year. We shouldn't be surprised to hear that.
Absolutely eccentric, electrifying and erotic. Lanthimos continues to create a crafty vision that we expected from him but he actually goes beyond that we expect of him. He is a filmmaker to always have your eyes on.
I realized Dafoe does fit Lanthimos universe well, so it's good he's in it. After all of these years, Stone continues to shine bringing smt new to the table.
I always found Lanthimos' multi genre choices interesting. It's blended perfectly well. It's crawling eccentricities yet sophisticated at the same time.
I've been saying recently how 2018 media culture is making a comeback. A Lanthimos film with Stone in it is a part of tht!
