The Fourth Kind

"In the end, what you believe is yours to decide." 2.6 out of 5!? The Fourth Kind is such a haunting and well made film that seriously makes me wonder what the film critics were doing in 2009. The film blends its documentary and found footage style with its 'dramatic reconstructions' so well and makes for a really convincing and incredibly scary experience. Milla Jovovich (Resident Evil), Elias Koteas (The Prophecy) and Will Patton (The Mothman Prophecies) deliver great performances. There are certain scenes in this film that are some of the scariest shit I have seen, especially the found footage of the people being possessed by aliens. Overall, The Fourth Kind is such a terrifying film executed in such a unique and haunting manner.
