It’s really rare to find writing this simple but engaging. I really enjoyed the cinematography and pacing  in this piece (especially after seeing wonka lol). Every single interaction and reaction is loaded. Somehow a simple conversation feels life changing and reveals so much about each characters inner life. The performances are so reserved and résiliant in such a fantastic and specific way. Everything is subtle but ultra vivid. Nothing is over the top or generalized at all, and every part of this film is tightly bound together. I’m honestly floored.
