I need to update got a crazy backlog of reviews I need to put up.
I love this movie sm. the shots are so pretty with they linger and are positioned in such a way that makes one feel uneasy and like a fly on the wall. Eccleston is maybe my fav actor and it’s always fun to see him in something blockbuster esc rather than the regional coming of age im used to seeing in him. Cilian obvs shows his acting chops and has displays a wide range of perspectives during the course of the film. The zombies are genuinely scary and don’t know why recent films in the genre don’t use the same techniques, yet it’s the people that are where the horror lies. My sole critiques are the camera quality it defo is shot in early stages 2000s which is inevitable and the ending really felt like a bit of a jump idk I wqwnt completely satisfied.
