In Bruges

I just absolutely adore this film to the highest degree. The dialogue feels so ridiculous yet grounded in reality at the same time, the characters feel fleshed out and nuanced without straying from their caricatures. The first 40 mins or so is some of my fav in film, just two Irish geezers sat in Belgium one thinking it’s heaven the other hell. It excels at when there is no plot which is such an interesting concept and Ralph fiennes is of course stellar in his role.
