Minding the Gap

I don’t feel like I can adequately express how this made me feel. I try desperately to not be earnest on here but this film made me so emotional about the world we live in. The fact Bing Liu could simultaneously romanticize his youth and friendships amidst really tough upbringings with the real pain afflicted by family, strangers, friends, society and themselves was incredible. It makes you aspire for a better world and a better life while also being grateful for the life and the moments you have now.
