Dunkirk
This film depicts the terror and desperation to survive in war. I was intrigued by the way the Nazis are never actually shown, making us think on their escape and their survival alone. The cinematography was actually incredibly impressive, particularly with the arial combat.
The different perspectives at different timelines was unique I feel that the plot and the dramatic music (I have nothing against Hans Zimmer) was quite repetetive that did not suffice the music and buildup, but I suppose that the whole point is the evacuation. A great war film that had to be different to stand out and I think it did that to an extent.
