meh i watched this with my friends for halloween and it's kinda trash but ok ig? maybe I'd rewatch it cause it's a quick watch overall

first time in my whole life I slept in the cinema this movie is actual ass like it doesn't even have a plot and the first hour is a whole persecution with just one alien during maybe 40 minutes or more ?? it reminded me a lot of fucking disclosure day because it's fucking shit without plot during more than 2 hours and it's just half finished it's not even an open ending because ITS NOT AN ENDING basically the whole movie was omg cows are dying wtfff guysss omg we're getting chased by a giant human-like monster ruuunn lol that's it also i wanted to add that camera movements were way too aggressive and made me dizzy, and the background was full of unnecessary objects that actually got me overstimulated why is this called hope there's NOTHING HOPEFUL IN HERE I'm mad.

I didn't really like how the plot started, it was way too slow, and the music is very repetitive, feels like they made 3 songs and keep putting either one or another. The cinematography and lighting are beautiful anyway. Even if it's supposed to be horror/gruesome, I don't think what disgusted me were the graphic content but the people, mostly seeing Cinderella being treated like that but in a different perspective creeped me out a lot. I would've liked it better if it was more faithful to the original book, but overall it is except the ending, which was a little deceiving since I expected maybe something better. Even so, I'd probably rewatch it since I do love this kind of horror.

okay this actually seems super lame but it really surprised me like the plot is very original and the plot twist is actually unexpected
