“But it was built on lies.” **“There is no me without you.” ** The acting in this movie was basically perfection, the fact that the first hour of the movie was spent building a connection with all of the characters, maybe you felt pity, or you just liked them as a whole, whatever it was you then had to watch them die and even if you didn’t watch your chosen favorite die, you had to see all of other fight for their lives or watch those who they loved die. You watch the movie seeing their backstories, and then you see most of their ends. I enjoyed seeing the plot with the vampires, it was extremely entertaining to see how the lead vampire was getting in the families minds and learning things that he wouldn’t usually know like how he said he would take Graces child and he spoke Chinese. Plus how Stacks’ brother was saying how, “there’s no me without you,” and “I won’t do this without you.” then when he finally had to kill his own brother it felt devastating watching that scene but it did have to be done. This film was grossly amazing and almost mesmerizing watching all of the vampires burn when the daylight came. But the plot line of the music causing the vampires to want to come like they were drawn to it -almost like music made them lose control- was definitely a plot that I could have never expected. This is definitely one of the best films this year, the acting was amazing, the music was absolutely delightful. This movie was everything I was expecting of it and most definitely more, I’m also very happy that I watched no spoilers before seeing this movie because watching it without knowing what was going to happen at the end, or what was going to happen next felt so special. Everything that happened in this movie felt perfectly planned out, with not a single detail not filled in and yet I still couldn’t expect what would happen next.
