Incredibly bizarre mix of Blade Runner, Star Trek & Friday the 13th with daddy issues and Megalopolis style plot and line delivery (though seemingly more on purpose than Coppola's)
If I ever won the Lottery, I'd absolutely want NWR to design and light my house. Nobody captures neon vibes like he does, hell, it's the main reason to watch this film.
