This ending is absolutely atrocious holy cow the aesthetics and the costume design are really really cool but I felt like I just watched nothing, should have been at least 30 mins longer but yikes that script! I was so hyped for the first half then everything the film worked so hard to intentionally build up just neatly folds away before you can even sit with the material!

The ending really saved everything for me lol this is sum crazy shi

This has been on my watchlist for as long as I’ve been into movies and after getting my hands on that sweet sweet 4k blu ray I though fuck it tonight’s the night and holy shit this is great! But with a cast as insane and a plot involving the making of films, I knew this was gonna be my shi!

What a phenomenal film! And based on an insane true story as well holy moly. Some of the shots here blew me away and the performances all around are stellar! It’s just as brooding, dark, smooth, and intense as you want, while also diving (relatively) deep into very dark topics of which it is based
