Babylon
Immediate 5 stars, such an overlooked film. This is Chazelle’s best work, and also Margot Robbie’s best performance. For a movie to be 3 hours and for me to be engaged the entire time is so impressive. Also the first 30 minutes of this movie up until the title card are perfection. Not only is this the greatest movie to come out of 2022, it’s the greatest of the last decade, and possibly the greatest ever.
