no soy dominicana pero esta peli se sintió muy cercana a mi familia. la critica a la aspiración americana y a los arquetipos de familias latinas estuvieron demasiado acertados. me encantó como el guion raya en la sátira pero sin invalidar las experiencias de los personajes.

unfortunately this feels like a huge compilation of iconic michael jackson moments without telling any story at all. no notes on the musical moments tho, absolute perfection! also why couldn’t they do just one movie. a sequel feels too greedy.
