Tangled

I watched it on my old DVD, seeing the commercials was so nostalgic. One of my all time favourite Disney movies. Rapunzel is, was and forever will be my favourite Princess. Just Rapunzel’s and Eugene’s dynamic is so interesting to watch, also when I was little it completely passed over my head that he took her to the Snuggling Duckling to scare her out of the deal. “Did I ever tell you I have a thing for brunettes?” Is probably one of the best lines in cinematic history (All of his lines are) Mother Gothel is an amazing character as well, does she truly care for Rapunzel? I have no idea, maybe? She went to great lengths to get her back. When they said “And she was beloved by all.” All I could think about was the episode in the show where there was a man who booed her, and she couldn’t stand the thought of someone hating her. I also noticed that the king and queen had zero lines. Nothing! Not even when their long lost daughter showed up after 18 years! But I digress… Maximus and Pascal are the most hilarious animals to ever appear on *the big screen. As a kid I thought that the haircut he gave her was the most atrocious thing a man could ever do. Now? I’ve grown to love it. Could he have made it longer? Yes. But it’s cute. * Anyway, all this to say this is one of the best movies in existence, it’s perfect, it’s amazing, it’s fantastic, it’s mind blowing, it is spectacular.
