Neil Patrick Harris plays an ultra straight Barney Stinson character before Barney Stinson. How bizarre. Offbeat and downright ridiculous at times, **Harold and Kumar Get The Munchies** is a great encapsulation of 2000s culture. Slight homophobia and what an out of the blue mention of Israel for no reason, this is a fun but nothing special movie.
