The Thing

I m a bit court up on whether Charles was the thing at the end because I found it weird that you can’t see his breath during the final scene, along with when we see one shot of Charles looking out of the window next to the door and then the same door open in the next shot, the coats in the background are rearranged differently hinting that there was a struggle and the thing put the coats back to look normal, that is further hinted upon by Charles possibly having a different coat in end scene but it might just be the snow making it look cream coloured. There’s also the fact that during the blood testing scene the people that are the thing don’t have a glimmer in their eyes and the real people do, this could be the same for the last scene but apparently it’s only relevant in the blood testing scene.  Overall, great movie!
