Eve's Bayou

This was great!! It does a great job capturing the kids' point of view and how they try to make sense of their parents and solve problems they don't understand. And the overall magical and almost prophetic atmosphere was really interesting. Also the mirror scene, so clever. *The 10th Annual Letterboxd Season Challenge: 2024-25 Week 14: December 2nd-8th Voodoo, Hoodoo & Afro-Caribbean Religions Week*
