Great performances (especially from Milly Alcock) are surrounded by a lackluster final product. Weak story, bland and ugly visuals/settings, questionable editing decisions. can’t single out a performance here bc everyone truly kills it. That ending dance scene is one of the happiest moments in cinema.

Way better than the 4th one, but obv doesn’t top the OG 3. This outing showed why this franchise is still Pixar’s crown jewel. Great story, great messages that apply to kids today. Making Jessie the main character was much deserved for her character, although it comes at the sidelining of the rest of the original team (like these dudes were really just chillin in the garage majority of the movie 💀). Idk how they’re gonna wrap up this “Bonnie trilogy” but I’m still in for the ride 100%. Also the Lightyears subplot was great stuff, 10/10.

Emily Blunt’s acting (might be one of her best), Spielberg’s direction and John Williams’ score all carry this movie. The rest is just decent, but that 3rd act is actually insane. Solid movie.
