Akira
Should've watched this movie sooner but glad I saw it on the big screen. It's clear to see its influence on modern media, and with its design, visuals, and soundtrack for a movie that old it's timeless. The tropes and messages still hit 40 years after release.
The start was a bit eh, like the first 30 minutes, but the last hour I couldn't take my eyes off the screen.
Will definitely be returning to this classic.
