Two imperfect people see the deepest darkest parts of each other and still find a way to see it through despite the complexity of it all. I think realizing you’re just as sick and unstable as someone and still loving them for it is impossible in a lot of today’s standards. The final sequence constantly had me saying what the fuck why. I don’t think I’d be strong enough to endure half of this

The plot felt half baked and the acting subpar. I love Pokemon and it was awesome seeming them come to life in an interactive city but there was definitely better source material they could have pulled from. I think fans would have preferred something more familiar like a retelling of the animes
