deadriwalking

Now I watched this as a kid - f’d up ik- and all I remember is the gore, the faces of people that didn’t die, and everyone wearing leather. Watching it now I truly understand what was happening and sh!t does it feel relevant as ever. You know what makes the matrix so popular..? The fact that it was made by f*cking humans. Seriously I watched the credits, the SFX and VisFX list is LONG. They’re fighting AI taking over their creative freedoms. What is life without the machines is worse..? Well at least it’s life. I feel that the demographic of people that loved these movies when they came out might be the people that in today’s world sadly missed the point. I watched this for class and I’m glad I did.

HOW DID YOU GET THESE ACTORS?!? DID YOU KIDNAP THEIR FAMILIES?!?

It was very campy but some of the jokes weren’t for me

I love a stacked cast, it was funny and cute
