Nothing bad but also nothing overly special. Just your usual Marvel shenanigans being a great watch. The difference from other generic action flicks is how rich in culture it is. The Choctaw heritage was interesting but slightly underused until the finale. Don't know when we're gonna see her next but I'm excited for Maya's future in the MCU. Season 1 Chafa - 3/5 (I found it kinda funny that Fisk said his father was killed and he still remembers the pain, when we damn well know he killed his father from the Netflix series. THIS IS WHY YOU DO YOUR HOMEWORK, KIDS!!! And also, DAREDEVIL!) Lowak - 3/5 (A little too slow after the banger pilot. The train sequence was a bit disappointing. Just felt like it was action for action's sake.) Tuklo - 3/5 (The Choctaw stuff is interesting, but it's all moving so quickly and slowly at the same time, I don't know what bit is supposed to be the main plot.) Taloa - 3.5/5 (HE'S BAAAACK) Maya - 3.5/5 (Both Alaqua and Vincent give a splendid performance for the finale. They're both great at showing their emotions with such little dialogue. The last scene teasing Kingpin for president was interesting but I doubt we'll get any follow-up to that for a while.)
