Superman

VERY STRONG START FOR THE NEW DCU This movie makes me want to become a better person.I’ve waited 2 years for this movie and I can say in absolute confidence that it’s fucking amazing. Met all my expectations for a Superman movie. I cried. James Gunn absolutely cooked when he said this movie would be like Mr. Smith Goes to Washington but with Superman. David Corenswet is Superman, he’s hopeful, inspiring, a true beacon of hope and humanity just like the comics! Hoult’s Lex Luthor is a D1 Hater, troll, calculating, ego power-driven genius. Which made the dynamic between Superman and Lex feel it was ripped straight out of the comics! Can’t wait to see more of that dynamic in the future of the DCU. This movie had many funny moments aswell as emotional moments, and a few fun cameos. DC is in great hands.
