i could write a 1000 word essay to review this masterpiece of film, but truly words cannot begin to describe how much i loved it. i usually rush to the releases and i was extremely hyped for this, and i even bought a hoodie before watching it, trusting fully that Guillermo Del Toro and this beautiful cast and crew were gonna give me a mesmerizing watch. but i waited for the right time and watched it with the right friend, and yes, even though a little late, it spoke to me and found me in such a personal and deep way in just the right day and moment. it truly made me connect with and experience this film in a great way. loved it to death and it became an all time favorite.
